Sputnik has successfully created the following DYOS using the new Ensign Alan Square, using GVs to transfer angulars from a 10m chart to any time frame. Here is an example with angulars on a Russell futures 2-Range chart. There are three steps to doing this:
- First put an Alan Square on a 10m chart, and assign the GVs as shown in the second image below.
- Next, open your tick, range, or volume chart of interest. Create four DYOS as shown in the three DYO images that follow the 10m Alan Square chart.
- Save the chart objects in a template to more easily apply the DYOS on other charts.
Great work, Sputnik!

Put the following DYOS on your tick, range, or volume chart. The same DYO can be reused on any timeframe.

The next DYO actually puts the angulars on the chart. The Up angulars DYO
is shown.
To draw the down angulars, duplicate the following DYO and change the GVs
from the 161-168 series
to 171-178 series.

For the TA historians out there, the first application of Alan's Box to non-minute intraday charts was by Frito, who at that time (April 2005) wrote an ESPL program and a number of DYOS that would plot angulars and horizontals on tick charts. Here is one example of his work.
