EVOL - I would cut my losses and sell it. See notes on "cutting losses". Long term investors always look at a monthly chart first before considering a long term hold. While this stock is near prior monthly lows, a more decent basing period, such as that saucer bottom, is more typical. That took over a year to form. In essence, dead money. What is even more interesting to me, however, is the chart below this one, where I show the "Classic Pump and Dump" clues. This is the kind of stock YOU RUN FROM. In my world, the odds for a miracle are always there, but reality grounds me enough to look for better odds. In this case, I'd cut my losses and be happy to be done with it.
