QLTI - Still in a sell zone. I would not buy this. This is, in some respects, like the EVOL stock. It has recently had a baby come-back but is shouting out warnings that (1) either more selling is still ahead, or (2) if the selling stops, there will be another basing period, much like that saucer bottom in 2002 that preceded the baby come-back. To make things worse, it has underperformed the Nasdaq during a period when the tide should have lifted all boats. This is in itself a warning. A miracle can always happen, but in my world, I prefer to go with the odds, which in this case, say to cut your losses and stay away.
